Creating Your Birth Plan/Intentions

This is a great place to start…don’t be overwhelmed by all of the choices. These are your intentions…your wishes for the birth and postpartum period. Birth plans are a really good way to familiarize yourself with birthing practices and procedures, and in some cases, with hospital protocols. You have the right to make choices and decisions on any and all procedures regarding your birth, your baby and your body. And regardless of what you decide to put on your birth plan, you can ALWAYS change your mind.
